Peanuts' daily need coverage for copper is 70% more. Peanuts have 15 times more saturated fat than spelt. While peanuts have 6.279g of saturated fat, spelt has only 0.406g. The glycemic index of peanuts is lower. We used Peanuts, all types, raw and Spelt, uncooked types in this article.
