Strawberry has a low-carb content of 7.68g per 100g, of which 5.68g are net carbs.

Based on the main study in the field performed in 2008, the glycemic index of strawberries is equal to 40±7 (1).

The value for the strawberry jam is relatively higher and is in the range of 51±10, while ordinary strawberry yogurt has a slightly lower value ranging around 30 (1).
