Peanuts are higher in copper, folate, vitamin B3, vitamin B1, iron, and vitamin E, yet mackerel is higher in vitamin B12, vitamin D* and selenium. Mackerel's daily need coverage for vitamin B12 is 500% more. Peanuts have 32 times more vitamin B1 than mackerel. While peanuts have 0.64mg of vitamin B1, mackerel has only 0.02mg.
