What are the differences between pineapple and prunes? Pineapple is higher in vitamin C and manganese, yet prunes are higher in vitamin K, fiber, copper, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B2, phosphorus, and vitamin B3. Pineapple's daily need coverage for vitamin C is 52% more. Pineapple has 3 times more manganese than prunes. While pineapple has 0.927mg of manganese, prunes have only 0.299mg.
