What are the differences between artichoke and daikon? Artichoke is higher in fiber, copper, vitamin K, iron, magnesium, folate, phosphorus, manganese, and vitamin B6, yet daikon is higher in vitamin C. Artichoke's daily need coverage for fiber is 15% more. Artichoke has 49 times more vitamin K than daikon. While artichoke has 14.8µg of vitamin K, daikon has only 0.3µg. We used Artichokes, (globe or french), raw and Radishes, oriental, raw types in this article.
