Kanpyo's daily need coverage for iron is 60% higher. Chayote has 16 times less calcium than kanpyo. Kanpyo has 280mg of calcium, while chayote has 17mg. We used Kanpyo, (dried gourd strips) and Chayote, fruit, raw types in this comparison.
