Flour's daily need coverage for vitamin B1 is 63% more. Flour has 48 times more selenium than ginger. While flour has 33.9µg of selenium, ginger has only 0.7µg. The glycemic index of ginger is lower. We used Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, bleached and Ginger root, raw types in this article.
