What are the differences between lasagne and noodles? Lasagne is higher in vitamin B12, vitamin A, calcium, and vitamin B6, yet noodles is higher in vitamin B1, folate, selenium, and iron. Noodles's daily need coverage for vitamin B1 is 18% more. Lasagne has 75 times more sodium than noodles. While lasagne has 373mg of sodium, noodles has only 5mg. The glycemic index of lasagne is lower. We used Lasagna with meat sauce, frozen, prepared and Noodles, egg, enriched, cooked types in this article.
